Search
Booking a garden for one or more nights is very easy. Simply search via the map, via the desired accommodation frame or other criteria.
Then browse through all the ads that match your criteria.
Reservation
Once you have found what you are looking for, select the date(s) for which you want to stay in this garden! Also select the means of camping that you will use (tent, caravan, camper, Mini-Van). The price is calculated automatically (number of campers X number of nights).
Also include a short message of introduction to your host.
Once your reservation is made, the host is notified via email. He will give a positive or negative answer to your request as soon as possible.
Is it your first time using WayCamper ? Do not hesitate to ask questions directly to your host or on our email address support@waycamper.com
It can also be wise to read the reviews of other campers.
Acceptance
Your request for accommodation has been accepted, now all you have to do is pack your bag, fold your tent or start your van towards your host’s garden.
Payment
Once your payment has been accepted, you can proceed to payment. You can choose between different payment methods (Paypal, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer)
Cancellation policy
You are required to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance once it has been confirmed. Also, a request not processed by the host will be automatically cancelled.
To cancel your reservation, simply login to your account and go to my reservations and cancel a reservation.
Notice
Don’t hesitate to leave a review if you liked your host’s experience. It will probably help other campers to take the step and be convinced.
First, your phone number allows you to receive alerts when a booking request is created. It also allows the platform and the users to give credibility to your account and your ad.
Of course, we will not use your phone number to make commercial communications
There are several reasons for this problem.
1. The mail arrived in my junk mail → Check spam and trust this email address.
2. My email has a mistake → Go to my account to check.
3. I did not receive email confirmation → Click check to resend confirmation email
4. The problem persists → I contact WayCamper via the form
Log in
It is very simple, click on the icon ■ .
Then you just need to log in with your email address and password.
If you forgot your password, it is very easy to retrieve it here or via the login page.
You want to find a garden to camp in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg or Spain ?
It’s simple, you just have to use the search bar on the WayCamper homepage. If you want to navigate directly via a map ? You can go to the tab our gardens, you will find all our places there.
First, login to the site with your email address and password.
You can then select the garden in which you will be hosted.
Select your arrival and departure date. The number of nights will be automatically calculated.
You can then proceed to a reservation request and then to the payment
Several cases are available to you,
– The host accepts your accommodation request: Great! Pack your bags and get ready to camp.
– The host declines your request for accommodation: Unfortunately, you will have to look elsewhere. Look again for a garden and ask for accommodation.
Nb: of course the payment is not made if your accommodation request is not validated by the host.
Once your reservation is accepted, the exact address of your host is transferred to you by email and is also available on your dashboard.
Payment and security
Of course, the payment is totally secure! The data transmitted to WayCamper are entirely encrypted with the help of SSL encryption so that everyone can use and identify them and no information will be stored on its server.
Thus, my bank details are perfectly protected. Therefore, there is no risk in my payment on the website. On the payment page, these indicators confirm that the payment is secure: Small padlock in the browser frame https: // address
Once the host accepts my reservation request, the amount will be deducted from my account. The amount of my reservation will be kept in an escrow account and transferred to the owner 24 hours after my arrival on site.
We use Stripe and Paypal as payment methods. The first one, allows you to have access to many payment methods

Change and cancellation
Go to the dashboard, go to the section …
You can then easily edit your reservation.
Please note that this modification must also be validated by the host. If your request is refused then you will have to find another accommodation
Overall you are always refunded in case of cancellation. You will not be refunded if you cancel or change your reservation less than 24 hours before your arrival date.
This is to protect our guests in case of cancellation.
In all other cases, you will be refunded at no charge.
Communicate
It is interesting to stay connected to the platform. We advise you to memorize your login and password. You will receive frequent notifications (messages, reservation requests, confirmations, date changes, cancellations, payments, …)
Do you have any question(s) before making a reservation? No problem! Go to the ad for which you want to send a question. In the right-hand menu, there is a box dedicated to sending messages.
It is advisable to keep it short and simple. Introduce yourself quickly, then explain your problem or ask your question, and finally thank your correspondent.
We have established some basic rules for sending messages between members.
1. Be polite and courteous. The use of rudeness is punishable by the WayCamper team. You will be warned and then suspended if you continue to use inappropriate vocabulary.
2. Do not advertise. Mass advertising of any other product or service via the WayCamper messaging system is prohibited. You will be severely penalized if you do so.
3. Do not disclose any personal information. Your personal information is managed in your dashboard here. The camper will have access to the necessary information once the order is placed.
Here is a list of information that should never be disclosed in a message
– Your personal physical address
– Access to an external messenger (Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, Slack, Discord, …)
– Your landline or cell phone number
– Your bank account number or access to any other payment method
– Your full name
4. Do not harass, force the hand. If a host or camper does not answer you quickly enough, do not harass him/her with messages. Send only one or two messages, if these remain unanswered do not insist and move on to another offer/advertisement
5. Don’t give false information (price, duration, arrangement, covid info, …)
Nb : The messages can be supervised in case of doubt of fraud by the team of WayCamper.
Rating
If you have had a pleasant night or stay with your host we encourage you to leave a comment for your host.
It is always appreciated by the host to have nice or constructive comments on their listings.
You can manage your comments via your dashboard.
